Margie Baggett
Director of Case Management
Margie Baggett serves at Home of El Roi with a deep passion for helping women and families find hope, healing, and restoration. She and her husband, Anthony, are blessed with a blended family of eight children and nine grandchildren. Outside of her work at Home of El Roi, Margie treasures spending time with her family.
Margie earned her Master of Social Work from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, and previously served the State of Mississippi as a Youth Court Counselor. During her career, she worked with youth and families throughout Alcorn, Prentiss, Tishomingo, Itawamba, and Lee counties, gaining extensive experience navigating the complexities of the youth court system. Her background enables her to provide knowledgeable guidance and compassionate support to families facing difficult circumstances.
Margie believes God has uniquely prepared her for her role at Home of El Roi. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside women and children as they pursue healing, restoration, and lasting transformation. Her prayer is to always serve with humility, maintain a servant's heart, and faithfully allow God to use her to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
